Customer service was great. They let us check in early and gave us all the necessary info right off the bat. They have a vending machine for guests in the lobby containing supplies such as combs, cotton swabs, and reusable bags. This is the second hotel I stayed at during my trip and it's average in terms of air conditioning, space, room service, etc.

Lovely hotel located centrally for bars, shops and transport. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Would consiser staying there again. You have a short walk uphill or up stairs to get to the hotel though.
